Funny Noises

 Camryn is a huge fan of funny noises...her favorite seems to be when you push your tongue against your lips and make a toot-like noise :) She will flash a HUGE smile and sometimes even laugh when you do it right in her face.  Her dad is the one who started making such noises with her and seems to have the magic charm...he can make her laugh or smile EVERY time!  Mom can do it most of the time, but the look on her face when you make that noise is priceless! We are still trying to capture it in a picture or video...maybe one of these days!

Like father, like daughter...

Lately Chris has been referring to Camryn as very demanding and impatient.  Don't get me wrong this princess is already used to getting what she wants, when she wants it, but she definitely inherited his lack of patience.  Chris cannot wait for ANYTHING and Camryn is not a baby who sits calmly in her seat while you get from here to there, make her a bottle, etc. When she decides it is time to eat, you should have had her bottle ready 5 minutes ago.  When she decides she is ready to be out of her car seat, she screams (loudly and angrily) until you are able to get her out.  It drives Chris crazy, but funny how he acts the exact same way, just in adult form :)  

Two Month Check-Up

At two months I....

• weigh 11 pounds, 3 ounces
• am still 24 inches long
• mostly wear size 3 months in clothes
• wear a size 1-2 diaper
• eat 4 ounces at every feeding, except right before bed (then I eat 4 and 1/2)
• am getting into a routine (wake up around 6, eat, play for an hour, nap, repeat :)
• sleep a solid 6 hours, sometimes more (at night)
• smile all the time (especially when my dad makes funny noises)
• react when you talk to me by smiling
• laugh out loud sometimes when you say something really funny
• am very observant (that's a nice way of saying nosy like my mom)
• am really good at grabbing mom's shirt and earrings
• still love the touch of my soft blankets on my skin
• really enjoy sleeping curled up right beside you (with your arm wrapped around me :)
• have good neck support 
• have my mom and dad wrapped around my finger...they are in love with me :)
